Privacy Policy

Information we may collect
JaiVibe may collect information you voluntarily provide through forms, messages, account features, or other interactions. With analytics consent, we may also receive technical and usage information such as browser type, device information, approximate location, referring pages, pages visited, searches, tool interactions, template actions, scroll depth, and campaign attribution parameters.
Anonymous identifiers and attribution
JaiVibe may create random first-party visitor and session identifiers to understand repeat usage and product performance. Campaign parameters such as UTM values, gclid, fbclid, landing page, and referrer may be stored to measure how visitors discover the platform. These identifiers are not intended to contain names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other directly identifying details.
Local activity and preferences
JaiVibe may store recent tools, guides, templates, and workspaces locally in the visitor's browser so the My Activity page can help them continue where they left off. This recent activity is designed to remain on that browser and is not submitted to JaiVibe as personal profile data. Visitors can clear this local history from the My Activity page.
How information may be used
Information may be used to operate and improve JaiVibe, respond to inquiries, understand site usage, maintain security, develop new tools and content, measure performance, attribute campaigns, improve user journeys, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable obligations.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
JaiVibe uses necessary first-party storage for core functionality. Optional analytics technologies are loaded only after the user provides analytics consent through the site consent control. Supported analytics integrations may include Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity. Advertising or remarketing technologies, including Google advertising services when configured, are enabled only according to the applicable consent state.
Third-party services
Some pages may rely on third-party services such as hosting, analytics, bot protection, email delivery, advertising, or external websites. These services may include providers such as Vercel, Google, Microsoft, Cloudflare, Supabase, and Resend when configured. Their handling of data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Forms and personal information
JaiVibe does not infer or secretly collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or similar personal details from anonymous browsing. Personal information is collected when a visitor intentionally provides it through a form or another clear opt-in interaction. Contact-form submissions may be stored in JaiVibe's lead database with the submitted message and available attribution context so the enquiry can be answered and its source understood.
Security and abuse prevention
JaiVibe may use reasonable technical safeguards such as rate limiting, honeypot fields, security headers, and bot-verification services to protect forms and infrastructure from automated abuse. These controls may process technical request information necessary to detect or prevent misuse.
Data choices
Visitors can choose necessary-only, analytics, or broader marketing consent where offered. Declining optional tracking does not prevent access to the public JaiVibe tools, guides, templates, or workspaces. Requests relating to personal information intentionally provided can be sent through the JaiVibe contact page.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated as JaiVibe introduces new functionality, services, analytics, advertising, or legal requirements. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
